This NEC NP3150 Projector Lamp is a genuine OEM part.
By virtue of the fact that they dominate the market the majority of projector lamps purchased are Original Equipment Manufacturer lamps. Examples of Original Equipment Manufacturers are Panasonic, Epson and Sony. They supply the replacement part for projectors they make and for which they design the lamp that it goes into it.
