This is a 'Diamond Lamp' for a Hitachi CP-X8170
Diamond Lamps are the cost effective replacement projector lamp, delivering on performance, quality levels, and guranateed by original bulb manufacturers for use.
A Diamond Lamp is a cheaper alternative that does not compromise quality as it uses the same bulb as supplied to the 'original manufacturer' (e.g Phoenix, Iwasaki, Ushio, Philips, Osram or Matsushita).
