This CANON LV-X420 Projector Lamp is a genuine OEM part.
Most of projector lamps purchased are Original Equipment Manufacturer lamps as these dominate the market. Sony, Epson and Panasonic are OEM examples, they make the projector and design the lamp that goes into it, they then supply the replacement part.
